The injection molding process can be roughly divided into the following six stages:
Close mold, shot glue, pressure protection, cooling, open mold, product removal.
The above-mentioned process repeatedly, can be batch periodic products. The molding of thermosoplastics and rubber also includes the same process, but the barrel temperature is lower than thermoplastic plastic, injection pressure is higher, the mold is heated, the material is injected in the mold needs to be cured or vulcanized process, and then while hot filming.
Today’s processing process trend is moving towards high-tech direction, these technologies include: micro-injection molding, high-fill composite injection molding, water auxiliary injection molding, mixed use of a variety of special injection molding process, foam injection molding, mold technology, simulation technology.
