2, before use to check the storage of coolant in the motor spindle cooler, open the motor spindle cooler to ensure the normal circulation of coolant;
3, fixed clamping tool, should first remove the dust and debris inside the clamping head, put the clamping head into the pressure cap and put in the correct position, and then placed on the main axis of the motor, the tool inserted into the clamping head. Finally, lock the clamp cover again. When tightening the pressure cap, the upper and lower knife should be rotated and is strictly prohibited from pushing and pulling. When lowering the knife, clean the pressure cap and scrap on the rotor, release the cover, remove the cutter, then tighten the cover and remove the chuck.
4. The length of the exposed fixture must be determined by the sculpting depth, workpiece and fixture. When the conditions are met, the length of the exposed fixture should be as short as possible. When the total length of the tool is less than 22mm, it is strictly prohibited to continue using it.
5, in the loading of materials, must be strong, must follow the principle of “load, load and level”. It is strictly forbidden to carve in the place of hanging objects.
6. If cutting fluid is used during machining, the cutting fluid must be flushed onto the tool.
