Mold industry has the characteristics of long delivery acceptance cycle. China is one of the world’s highest mold output value, of which casting mold symoldering about 9%, stamping mold about 37%, other types of mold total about 9%. China’s mold manufacturing industry in the national economic development and market demand, the industry has maintained rapid growth, the total output value to maintain steady growth. According to statistics, a total of 30,000 mold manufacturing enterprises (factories, points), in 2017 China’s mold production capacity of more than 210 billion yuan, mold industry sales total reached 171.8 billion yuan. In 2018, China’s total mold imports and exports amounted to US$7.542 billion, an increase of 11.01% over the previous year. Of this total, imports amounted to $2,051 million, an increase of 2.43 per cent over the previous year, while total exports amounted to $5,490 million, an increase of 14.61 per cent over the previous year. Mold industry analysis pointed out that the export of many of the low-grade plastic molds and stamping molds, these molds in addition to some developing countries do not yet have production capacity, most industrial developed countries due to cost reasons no longer production.
